Uliluu is an online marketplace for digital crochet patterns. We provide a platform where customers can browse, purchase, and download original crochet pattern files. All designs are created with care and are available exclusively in digital format.

All sales are final. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we do not offer returns or exchanges. If you experience a technical issue accessing a purchased file, contact us at support@uliluu.com and we will resolve it promptly.
All content on the Service — including but not limited to crochet patterns, photographs, illustrations, graphics, logos, and text — is the exclusive property of Uliluu or its content creators and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
When you purchase a pattern, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the pattern for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, you may not:

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting a payment, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method. You represent that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used. We are not responsible for fees charged by your bank or card issuer. In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback initiated in bad faith, we reserve the right to terminate your account.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ecuador, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ecuador. If you are a consumer in the EU or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, those protections apply in addition to these Terms.
